Legal history made in Waterford City

Following a recent bomb scare in Waterford Courthouse, the decision was taken to postpone proceedings.

Given the importance of the work that had to be done, the Court needed to find an alternative venue at short notice.

Seeing as our offices are within close proximity of the Courthouse, we were delighted to provide the facility for the time required.

The Court, therefore, replete with the Judge, Registrars, Senior Counsel, Junior Counsel, Prisoners and Prison Officers all made their way to our offices on Colbeck Street.

We understand this to be a legal first, certainly in Waterford, if not in the country. We were proud and privileged to be involved.
