Supreme Court sitting in Waterford

The Supreme Court has recently sat in Waterford and gave Judgment in a case involving the conviction of Graham Dwyer for the murder of Elaine O’Hara. The Supreme Court sat in Waterford and has referred this challenge to the use of mobile phone data to the European Courts of Justice. This had been widely expected prior to the delivery of the Judgment. The mobile phone data was crucial in securing the conviction of Mr. Dwyer and is currently serving a life sentence.
